Manthey-Racing has taken the already impressive Porsche Cayman GT4 ClubSport and turned the volume up to eleven. This Porsche factory built car was upgraded to MR specs directly on the Porsche assembly line. The MR spec includes upgraded suspension, light-weight body panels, larger wing, and a 100L fuel cell. These upgrades take the rebellious track toy to a lap time weapon.
This particular example was successfully fielded in three different race series in 2018. The Pirelli Drivers Cup where the owner took the championship in his class, the PCA Sholar-Friedman Cup at Porsche Rennsport Reunion VI where the car qualified 7 out of 52, set a pole and lap record for the GTD and also took the class championship and then closed out an incredibly successful season with a top ten class finish during the California 8 Hours race at Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca.
The car has had brand new brakes installed, oil changed, transmission fluid changed and new brake fluid added after the final race this past October. The car needs nothing but a determined driver who is ready for this race proven and well cared for machine.
Motor is a 3.8L flat six, producing 385hp, mated to a 6 speed PDK gearbox.
