It's 100% original with a matching # engine and full COA.The only thing that was added at the time of delivery were Recaro sport seats. It also comes with a concours 240 hp 74 911S engine installed. The OEM engine is in good shape with only 52,000 miles on it and was gone thru before taken out . The engine is in my dust free clean building ready to be put back in if you prefer. It also has cold factory air with an extra condenser installed. BTW it just won 1st place @ the 2019 Porsche Parade, and gold metal (297.6) of 300 points. This Peter Gregg tribute 924S was sold by Brumos Porsche and features the company’s stripes and decals, a MOMO steering wheel, and more. The car was sold new in Jacksonville, Florida and remained with its original owner until 1998. Power is from a 2.5L four paired with a rear-mounted 5-speed manual transaxle. A December 2018 service included a new timing belt, water pump, and air conditioning compressor as well as brake caliper rebuilds and more. This 924S is offered with service records since 1998, an autographed owner’s manual, a Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.

The Alpine White finish is contrasted by red and blue Brumos stripes. Clear coat separation is shown where the driver’s door meets the A-pillar and front fender, and chipping is visible on the lower front valance.

Original 15″ Phone Dial wheels show finish imperfections and are fitted with Esteem Delta tires. The headlights and removable roof panel are pictured both raised and lowered in the gallery below.

The cabin features tan upholstery and carpets contrasted by brown plastics and black Porsche-branded floor mats. The front custom sheepskin covers were removed. Seats are original and have some great patina. An aftermarket stereo has been fitted, and the air conditioning system was recently converted to R134a refrigerant with a new compressor.

A MOMO steering wheel fronts gauges including a 5-digit odometer which shows 66k miles and has rolled over according to the Carfax report. Delamination is shown on the passenger side of the headliner, cracking is visible at the top of the rear seat, and neither the cruise control or right-side power mirror adjuster are functional.

The 2.5L four was derived from that of the contemporary 944 and factory rated at 150 horsepower. A December 2018 service was performed by All Euro Car Care in Jacksonville, Florida, a specialty shop reportedly operated by a former Brumos service manager. The work included fitment of a new timing belt, water pump, balance shaft belt, idler pulley, thermostat, spark plugs, speed sensors, and air filter along with an oil change.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a rear-mounted 5-speed manual transaxle. All four brake calipers have been rebuilt and the brake master cylinder, front rotors, and pads have been replaced according to an invoice below.

The inside back cover of the owner’s manual has been signed by Hurley Haywood, Don Leatherwood, and others. An option code sticker at the front of the manual decodes as follows:

018 – Sport steering wheel
454 – Automatic speed control
455 – Wheel locks
567 – Top-tinted windscreen
573 – Air conditioning
650 – Detachable roof panel, electrically openable
657 – Power assisted steering
946 – Leather seats with leatherette back and sides

Service records are available from 1998 through the $4,574 service in December 2018.

The Carfax report shows history in Florida from new. Mileage updates indicate that the odometer rolled over between 1995 and 1996, and the sixth digit appears to have been dropped from the readings beginning in 2001. No accidents or other damage are noted. All original body panels.

1968 Porsche 912 Soft Window Targa

Beautiful RARE 1968 Porsche 912 SOFT WINDOW TARGA.
This beautiful example of a rare 912 Soft Window Targa hails from the northwest. The car shows no indication of rust history or repair. The car comes with the COA, showing its completion date as November 8,1967, engine number 1281439, finished in Polo Red, color code 6802, over black leatherette, which it wears today. A bare-metal repaint of the original color was performed in 2010 with PPG base and clear coats used. The paint is exceptional as is the bright work.

The run and drive is as smooth and sweet as the car is beautiful cosmetically. The engine, a type 616/69 flat-four, was rebuilt at the end of 2012. It included the installation of new big-bore 86mm pistons and rings, as well as new rod and main bearings. The crankshaft and camshaft were reground, and dual Weber carburetors have been fitted in place of the original Solex units. A dynamometer test was conducted following the rebuild, resulting in 107 horsepower and 112lb-ft of torque. Work totaled over $5,000 and the engine starts right up with that sewing machine smoothness and sound that only a well-tuned 912 Boxter engine can produce.
A 5-speed manual transaxle has been added. The transmission is tight with a good clutch and smooth synchros. 15” Fuchs wheels are mounted with Falken Ziex ZE512 tires that look brand new. The gauges are in good condition. The targa top and soft window are in good condition. The carpets are of correct weave and still look new. Note the good factory gaps photographed as well as the nice stance on the car.

1974 Porsche 914 2.0 Tangerine

For sale is a 1974 Porsche 914 2.0. It was originally a 1.8, but this was replaced with a 1975 2.0 engine. Runs and drives beautifully, no issues. Car was restored/repainted approximately 20 years ago, and has been stored inside and driven only occasionally (20K miles) since. The car isn't a concours car by any stretch, but an excellent 914 that isn't too nice to drive like it is meant to be driven. No flexing/rust issues. Interior vinyl is overall in good shape, but showing its age (see pictures).
